Barle Impact is our Dubai based investment fund. We invest in small companies which make a big impact. We also support other forms of training and development which make an impact without necessary return.
1 African K-12 Education
We initially invested in Enko Education, a pan-African K-12 group in 2021. When they raised additional funds in 2025, we increased our stake. Enko makes a significant impact by helping pupils achieve internationally recognised qualifications that allow them to enter the top universities regionally and internationally.
2 Global K-12 Group
Having been one of the founder/directors of a K-12 global company, we continue to invest in and support the on-going growth from start-up in 2012 to $8Bn valuation in 2025.
3 Local Training and Development
Having met a young bartender in a hotel in Africa and hearing his story, we supported his on-going training to become a fully qualified
