 | Telephone Interviews Using paper based customer surveys is fine for fact-finding. However, if you really want to understand your customers, you need to have phone based interviews. People respond to people and they will tell you the really important nuggets over the phone which they would never tell you in a paper-based survey. All of our phone interviews are non-attributable. This is vitally important as often parents do not want to be identified to the school. This is particularly important where a parent still has children in the school. All the data from our phone calls is destroyed once our report to the school has been finalised.
