 | Overview Barle was started by Fiona Robinson in 2006 after she sold the school she helped start to Cognita. She felt that not only did many schools not see parents as customers but that they were loath to spend time and effort really understanding why parents came to the school, what they thought of it and why they left. It would be all too easy to use a tick-box approach to customer research. By using researchers who know schools inside out, Barle diffrentiates and prides itself in really getting to the key issues affecting the customers. | |
